Differential Equations
This volume forms a record of the lectures given at this International Conference. Under the general heading of the equations of mathematical physics, contributions are included on a broad range of topics in the theory and applications of ordinary and partial differential equations, including both linear and non-linear equations. STRATEGI MITIGASI RISIKO PEMASARAN TEMPE
Makanan tradisional Indonesia yang dikenal sebagai "Tempe" terbuat dari kedelai yang difermentasi dengan menggunakan Rhizopus sp. Pengolahan pada kedelai merupakan fermentasi tempe, yang menghasilkan bentuk yang padat dan merata. Kandungan 100 g tempe memiliki protein sebanyak 20,8 g yang merupakan sumber protein hewani seperti daging sapi, susu sapi, dan telur ayam yang memberikan keseimbangan gizi. Ada banyak lisin dalam protein kedelai yang berfungsi untuk meningkatkan sintesis protein, produksi hormon, enzim dan penyerapan kalsium. Menurut Winarno et al. (2017), asam amino adalah pembatas pada produk yang terbuat dari biji-bijian yang disebut lisin. Makanan Indonesia yang disebut "Tempe" adalah hidangan kedelai fermentasi tradisional yang sangat bergizi. Tempe mentah memiliki cita rasa khas yaitu sedikit masam serta memiliki aroma harum tempe segar.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM KONTROL SUHU DAN BERAT BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO UNTUK PENGERINGAN IKAN TERI
Pada saat musim panen ikan, para nelayan mendapatkan ikan teri sebagai hasil tangkapan dengan jumlah yang cukup besar, salah satunya pada tahun 2016 tercatat produksi hasil tangkap ikan teri mencapai 394,30 kg di Kota Padang (Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Padang). Banyaknya jumlah ikan teri yang dihasilkan sehingga menyebabkan ikan teri tidak habis terjual, hal tersebut mengakibatkan ikan teri membusuk jika tidak ada tempat pengawetan (cool storage). Nelayan pada umumnya dalam menjaga ikan teri agar tetap awet menggunakan strategi dengan menggunakan cara pengeringan tradisional yaitu penjemuran langsung dibawah cahaya matahari. Proses pengeringan tradisional memiliki banyak kekurangan antara lain waktu pengeringan yang lama sekitar 6-9 jam, memerlukan area yang cukup luas, pengeringan ini juga berpengaruh besar dengan cuaca apabila cuaca tidak bagus maka panas matahari juga akan menurun sehingga proses pengeringan pada ikan teri juga akan memakan waktu yang lama, serta gangguan dari binatang
