Perspectivas Bioeticas No 42
La Revista de Bioética y Derecho se creó en 2004 a iniciativa del Observatorio de Bioética y Derecho (OBD), con el soporte del Máster en Bioética y Derecho de la Universidad de Barcelona: www.bioeticayderecho.ub.edu/master. En 2016 la revista Perspectivas Bioéticas del Programa de Bioética de la Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) se ha fusionado con la Revista de Bioética y Derecho. Esta es una revista electrónica de acceso abierto, lo que significa que todo el contenido es de libre acceso sin coste alguno para el usuario o su institución. Los usuarios pueden leer, descargar, copiar, distribuir, imprimir o enlazar los textos completos de los artículos en esta revista sin pedir permiso previo del editor o del autor, siempre que no medie lucro en dichas operaciones y siempre que se citen las fuentes. Esto está de acuerdo con la definición BOAI de acceso abierto.
A influência da influenza
Esta obra tem por objetivo geral avaliar se a influenza altera a percepção da sociedade sobre o meio ambiente. Para isso, busca responder ao seguinte problema de pesquisa: uma doença de grande impacto, a exemplo da influenza, é capaz de alterar a percepção da sociedade acerca do que venha a ser meio ambiente? Em caso afirmativo, quais os impactos causados por essa doença e como isso altera a compreensão de meio ambiente? Verifica-se que a influenza é capaz de alterar a percepção social acerca de meio ambiente e que impactos importantes são percebidos no contexto da historicidade, o que pode ser analisado por meio da justiça ambiental. Tai fatos, somados, são capazes de fornecer mecanismos suficientes para uma nova compreensão de meio ambiente, tendo como base o paradigma da economia, o paradigma da sustentabilidade e suas dimensões da saúde e da tecnologia.

A ABPJD (Academia Brasileira de Produção Jurídica Discente) apresenta seu terceiro livro produzido com a colaboração de diversos profissionais da área jurídica, intitulado: "JUSTIÇA E DEMOCRACIA: as novas perspectivas da hermenêutica constitucional". Essa obra é fruto de inúmeras pesquisas dos alunos do curso de Pós-Graduação em Direito da PUC Minas, tendo contado com a colaboração de diversos docentes e discentes de outras instituições espalhadas por todo o Brasil.
