Esta obra surgiu da necessidade que o grupo de reunião semanal mediúnica na Associação Médica de Minas Gerais teve, em 2014, de estudar mais detalhadamente os atendimentos mediúnicos realizados em nossas reuniões mediúnicas de quinta-feira e desenvolver novas abordagens para conseguir atender de melhor forma os espíritos encaminhados para esclarecimento. Nossa reunião tem duas partes: a de estudos e a de práticas mediúnicas. A princípio, os atendimentos realizados mediunicamente foram gravados em áudios e transcritos para serem, posteriormente, lidas e revisadas na parte de estudos. Com o passar do tempo, surgiu a ideia de compartilharmos as experiências com outras pessoas, e daí chegamos ao livro.
