International Federation for Information Processing The IFIP series publishes state-of-the-art results in the sciences and technologies of information and communication. We received close to 50 submissions from 15 countries world-wide. Based on the ano- mous reviews provided by members of the international Program Committee, the Steering Committee recommended accepting 50% of the contributions as regular papers and another 15% as short papers with poster presentation.
