O livro Os (inter)discursos na formação docente em Letras, ora lançado pela Editora Appris, é uma obra que interessa a todos que lidam com a formação docente, inicial e continuada, na área das linguagens. É uma leitura que leva à reflexão sobre a formação docente inicial a partir dos discursos de quem são o alvo dessa formação – os sujeitos-alunos do curso de Letras – e que pode se estender à formação continuada. A obra se debruça sobre respostas fornecidas em questionário aplicado a alunos concludentes de Letras sobre certas categorias linguísticas relacionadas ao ensino-aprendizagem de Língua Portuguesa, e analisa os dizeres sob os aportes da AD francesa, com o propósito de evidenciar e revelar que discursos e interdiscursos constituem esses dizeres e o quanto isso denuncia a respeito de sua formação no decorrer do processo. Ou seja, se procura deslindar, por meio da análise dos (inter)discursos, em quais bases teórico-linguísticas a formação docente em Letras se sustenta.
