Aygen-Sibel Celiks "Alle gegen Esra". Ein strukturiertes Lesetagebuch als Möglichkeit der Auseinandersetzung mit Mobbing in der Grundschule
Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Germanistik - Neuere Deutsche Literatur, Note: 1,3, Universität Hildesheim (Stiftung) (Deutsche Sprache und Literatur), Veranstaltung: Lesekompetenz und Leseförderung, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In der vorliegenden Arbeit sollen anhand des Kinderromans „Alle gegen Esra“ von Aygen-Sibel Çelik verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Mobbing aufgezeigt werden. Zunächst erfolgt ein kurzer Abriss über das Leben der Autorin, Aygen-Sibel Çelik, welche selber einen Migrationshintergrund hat, auf den eine inhaltliche Zusammenfassung des Romans folgt. Anschließend wird der Roman auf seine Struktur und Sprache, sowie auf Erzählform und Stil untersucht. Darauf folgt eine didaktische Begründung, die den Einsatz des Buches und des Lesetagebuchs im Unterricht legitimiert und genauer erläutert wird. Die Arbeit wird ein persönliches Fazit abschließen, indem auch die Erstellung der Aufgaben reflektiert wird.

Contracting International Employee Participation
In the last two decades, multinational companies (MNCs) and global union federations (GUFs) have started to negotiate so-called global framework agreements (GFAs) which define minimum standards for labor conditions across their locations. This book focuses on the question why companies conclude GFAs, and identifies four groups of incentives: reduction and privatization of conflicts; public relations; promotion of equal competitive conditions; exogenous requirements and avoidance of public regulation.
