The purpose of this pilot study was to examine exercise adherence in persons with Type 2 diabetes and how the stages of change in exercise are related to metabolic control. A sample of 28 persons with Type 2 diabetes in ages ranging from 53 to 77 (16 males and 12 females), was studied using the Transtheoretical Theory, of Change.
