The International Conference of Humanities and Social Science (ICHSS) 2021 aims to encourage and provide opportunities for researchers and academics to exchange views and opinions, answer and debate policy-relevant issues, and produce academic research outputs on important topics language. ICHSS is an Indonesian Language Education Doctoral Program Alumni Association program, Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta. The basic idea to encourage research in the linguistic sciences is to have maximum research impact on education, culture, social, arts and humanities, language and literature, religion, gender and children, and literacy. It also aims to improve coordination between academics & scholars, stakeholders and policymakers.

Tuberculosis is a disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis and is commonly found in the lungs. Those with weakened immune systems are at a higher risk of contracting TB. TB can also be found in the oral cavity, presenting as ulcers, gingivitis, periapical granulomas, granulation tissue, or osteomyelitis in the jaws. This case report discusses a 42-year-old woman who was confirmed to have Pulmonary Tuberculosis, with a bone defect found in the hard palate during a dental examination. TB of the palate is uncommon, but it should be considered as a possible cause of palatal perforation in the differential diagnosis, and a thorough search for the primary site of TB should be conducted in all cases of palatal TB.

The 21st century is characterized as an era of natural resource depletion, and humanity is faced with several threats due to the lack of food, energy, and water. Climate change and sea-level rise are at unprecedented levels, being phenomena that make predicting the future of ocean resources more complicated. Oceans contain a limitless amount of water with small (but finite) temperature differences from their surfaces to their floors. To advance the utilization of ocean resources, this book readdresses the past achievements, present developments, and future progress of ocean thermal energy, from basic sciences to sociology and cultural aspects.
