Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi sebuah model konseptual baru yang dapat mengisi saran kajian lanjutan dan keterbatasan studi terdahulu antara peran Entrepreuner Learning dengan Kinerja UKM yang berpusat pada konsep Knowledge Acquisition Efficacy. Buku ini akan membahas Kinerja UKM dibangun oleh Knowledge Acquisition Efficacy yang merupakan keyakinan atas kemampuan diri yang dapat diandalkan, optimis dalam menghadapi tantangan dan rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi sejauh menggunakan kualitas pengetahuan dalam proses berpikir dan berperilaku. Keyakinan pengusaha untuk mengakuisisi pengetahuan yang dimilikinya dipicu oleh proses pembelajaran eksplorasi dan eksploitasi yang diwarnai dengan paradigma tauhid.
