Research relating to the project results is referred to, as are a number of official reports, in particular those of two recent Government Committees of importance to the future of upper secondary education. students in three main areas: first, personality development, in particular fostering of critical thinking, ability to cooperate, independence and self-confidence; second, vocational activity, in particular sphere of competence, qualification level, unemployment and worker scarcity; third, higher studies.
