Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM) menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018 merupakan ketentuan mengenai Jenis dan Mutu Pelayanan Dasar yang merupakan Urusan Pemerintahan Wajib yang berhak diperoleh setiap Warga Negara secara minimal.
