Karena itulah terdapat hukum yang mengatur tentang yayasan, meliputi pendirian, operasional, dan pembubaran. Untuk mempermudah dalam mengetahui dan mempelajari hukum yayasan, penulis menuliskannya dalam buku ini secara jelas mencakup definisi, tujuan, dan fungsi yayasan sebagai entitas hukum yang penting dalam masyarakat.
