Dr. Priestley Lays a Trap

Sergeant Showerby, however, was a conscientious soul. His duty was to investigate thoroughly and investigate he did, with results that were suspicious enough to arouse Inspector Hanslet of Scotland Yard and, through him, the great criminologist, Dr. Priestley. At first, there is so little evidence that one cannot understand Dr. Priestley’s interest in the case. Das deutsch-türkische Forum für Staatsrechtslehre dient der Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Austausches zwischen deutscher und türkischer Staatsrechtslehre. Die vorliegend dokumentierte Tagung hatte die Ausgestaltung der Gewaltenteilung in der Demokratie zum Gegenstand. Dabei ging es nicht zuletzt um die Frage, ob Erfahrungen aus den parlamentarischen und präsidentiellen Regierungssystemen des Westens für die Verfassungsreform nutzbar gemacht werden können, die in der Türkei derzeit vorbereitet wird.
