We are delighted to introduce the proceedings of the first edition of Workshop Environmental Science, Society, and Technology. This Workshop has brought researchers, developers and practitioners around the world who are leveraging and developing of Environmental for Society and Technology for life. We strongly believe that Workshop Environmental Science, Society, and Technology provides a good forum for all researcher, developers and practitioners to discuss all science and technology aspects that are relevant to Digital Society. We also expect that the future Workshop will be as successful and stimulating, as indicated by the contributions presented in this volume.
This proceeding consists of selected papers presented at Konferensi Internasional Berbahasa Indonesia Unindra (Unindra's Indonesian Language International Conference), KIBAR 2020, held in October 2020. The 37 papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 71 submissions. This proceeding covers a wide range of subjects reflecting the main disciplines of the conference: Social Sciences and Humanities, Arts, Design and Media, and Educational Sciences. The discussion of the problem in each paper is delivered in Indonesian language, as the main purpose of the conference, in addition to provide a venue for academic conversation, is to support an initiative of the internationalization of the language.

Etika Profesi Hukum adalah salah satu matakuliah wajib di Fakultas Hukum. Profesi hukum adalah profesi yang terhubung dengan semua aspek kehidupan, karena sejak lahir hingga mati, manusia selalu berhubungan dengan hukum. Profesi hukum juga bersentuhan langsung dengan hak dan kewajiban orang lain. Profesi ini yang menentukan kapan hak seseorang dicabut, dan kapan seseorang harus memenuhi kewajibannya. Karena begitu intim dengan kehidupan umat manusia, maka profesi hukum harus dijalankan dengan penuh etika dan moral, sehingga untuk meminimalisasi probabilitas kesalahan, diperlukan kehati-hatian.
